At pinkbballoons.com, we aim to provide quality party decorations and related products. This Warranty Information page explains what is covered and what is not covered under our warranty terms.

1. Standard Warranty Coverage

Disposable Products
Disposable items such as paper plates, cups, and napkins are designed for single use. Warranty coverage applies only if the item arrives defective or damaged before use.

Reusable Products
Reusable items such as bamboo cutlery, reusable banners, and durable decorations are covered for 30 days from the date of delivery against defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.

Balloons
Warranty coverage applies to balloons that arrive defective, including leaking or damaged products prior to inflation. Warranty does not cover balloons damaged due to overinflation, improper handling, or misuse.

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from intended use

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, open flames, liquids, or unsuitable environments

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or pattern resulting from manufacturing processes

  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within the applicable warranty period and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the defective or damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Store credit equal to the product value

4. Limit of Liability

Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including event delays, additional expenses, or loss of use.

5. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
