Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or seasonal demand, processing may require an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Destinations & Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping to the following regions:
- United Kingdom
- Europe
- Rest of World
No separate standard shipping fee is charged at checkout for eligible orders.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched:
- United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
- Rest of World: 5–12 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or local postal service conditions.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through recognized postal or courier services, such as Royal Mail, USPS, or other suitable delivery partners depending on the destination, parcel size, and available shipping route.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after dispatch.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives the parcel.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
Delivery issues may occur if the address is incomplete, incorrect, or if the parcel cannot be delivered or collected successfully.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the package, we will contact the customer to discuss available next steps.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment where appropriate.
Delayed, Missing, or Lost Packages
