Refund policy
At PinkBBalloons, we want customers to shop with clear and reliable information. If there is an issue with your order, our support team is available to help review the request fairly and according to the policy below.
Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be eligible for return or refund review.
Eligible Return & Refund Requests
A return or refund request may be submitted in the following situations:
- You changed your mind, provided the item is unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in its original packaging
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The order is confirmed as not delivered
- The item has a fault or missing parts
- You request an order cancellation before the order has shipped
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable before purchase
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund request, please contact us within the applicable return period through our Contact Us page.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Photos, when relevant, for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps. When a return is approved, we will share the applicable return instructions and, where eligible, a prepaid return label.
Return Shipping Costs
For eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery:
- We provide a prepaid, trackable return label
- We do not charge restocking fees
- If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and reviewed, we will send an email update regarding the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note that banks, card issuers, or payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping fees, if any were charged, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please follow the return process for the original order and place a new order for the replacement item. Once the returned item is received and approved, the eligible refund will be processed according to this policy.
Important Timeframes
- Return request window: Within 30 days of delivery
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect item reports: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue promptly
- Refund processing: Within 15 business days after the returned item is received and approved
